You can buy selected items from www.etsy.com. If you would like to purchase any items from Charlottes websie or would like a commissioned/personalized item, you can contact Charlotte via email or telephone to discus your requirements.

In person
You can make an appointment to come and visit Charlotte at her workshop in the jewellery quarter to view some examples of her work or discus commission based work. Alternatively Charlotte is also happy to make home visits, for long distance calls, a deposit may have to be paid for her time and travel. Please contact her for more details.

Delivery Information
Please allow 3-5 working days for delivery once payment has been received. Please note that commissioned or personalized items make take longer, as time will be taken to handcraft them. An estimated timescale is provided with each response to enquiries made.

Delivery outside the UK can take up to 14 working days depending on the country of residence. All stocked items will be delivered within stated time periods, however, please allow extra time for commissions or personalized items.
